Transport For London - Beyond Zone One Competition

Just found out about this competition being run by TFL. Design Brief, Specifications and Rules can be found on the TFL Website (follow the link below). Great opportunity for someone to get their artwork seen.

Competition: The Outer Limits (Beyond Zone One)

Deadline: 27 July 2009

Transport for London are inviting artists to design a poster that promotes areas of London that lie beyond zone one of London’s public transport map in a new competition called The Outer Limits – Beyond Zone One.

They are looking for designs that positively portray non-central London areas as exciting and varied destinations for both Londoners and visitors alike. Entries are limited to one poster per entrant and the deadline for entries is Monday 27 July. Only winning entrants will be contacted.

The winner’s design will be produced as a poster for public plus £1000 design fee, plus a luxury two-night stay at The Grove in Hertfordshire. There are also second and third prizes.
